Editing documents from the web portal
You can edit documents from the web portal by replacing the original document with the document you have made changes to.
To edit a document, first you have to download it to your PC and, without changing the document's name, make the required changes.
Once you have made all the necessary changes you can upload the document to the same folder where it is saved using the "Upload files" button.
Clicking "Upload files" opens the file explorer window where you can select the document with the changes you have made.
Confirm that you want to overwrite the document in the file transfer window.
By selecting "Overwrite" the document will start to be replaced, and once finished the document with the changes will be available to all other users.
Other ways of editing documents from the web portal
Another way of editing is to replace the document from the details window using the "Replace" button which appears to the right of the "File" field.
Clicking "Replace" or "Replace file" opens the file explorer so you can select the document on which you have previously made the changes.
After clicking OK the document will be replaced and become available to all other users.
