How to move documents between folders


All R2 Docuo documents must be stored in folders. Once the documents have been created, there is the possibility of moving them between the different folders of the tree.


From the list of results you have to select the documents that are going to be moved from the folder and keeping the selection open the options of the "More" button that appears when selecting the documents in the button bar.



Selecting "Move to folder" opens a window to indicate to which folder the documents will be moved.



Once the new folder is established and the change is accepted, the document will be moved to the selected folder.



How to move folders


To move folders you must have permissions to manage both the folder to be moved and the destination folder.

From the list of results you have to select the folder that is going to be moved and in the options of the "More" button select "Move to folder".




Selecting "Move to folder" opens a window to indicate the destination folder.



Once the destination folder is established and the change is accepted, the folder will be moved to the selected route.
