They also allow us to configure the creation of new documents when appropriate.<\/p>\n<p>All of these actions can be configured <strong>to occur automatically on the following events<\/strong>:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>When exiting a process state (available in <strong>Docuo Enterprise<\/strong> edition) ( <span style=\"color: #339966;\">new<\/span> )<\/li>\n<li>When moving through a process transition<\/li>\n<li>When entering a process state (available in <strong>Docuo Enterprise<\/strong> edition) ( <span style=\"color: #339966;\">new<\/span> )<\/li>\n<li>When submitting a form (available in <strong>Docuo Enterprise<\/strong> edition, although Professional and Business users can <a href=\"https:\/\/help.r2docuo.com\/en\/knowledge-base\/how-to-configure-automatic-emails-when-a-form-is-submitted\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">set up emails in this event<\/a> ) ( <span style=\"color: #339966;\">new<\/span> )<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Docuo Professional and Business users can<\/p>\n<p>The actions that we can configure are always the same, regardless of the event that originates them, these may vary slightly in each case, depending on the configuration of the category itself.
