Make sure your template has a <strong>.docx<\/strong> extension.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To insert a QR code in a Word 365 template, you must start by adding a text type field to its category.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This field must be configured to store an Internet address (URL). Edit the template from Docuo and in the &#8220;Insert&#8221; menu of Microsoft Word, choose the &#8220;Text Box&#8221; button and the &#8220;Draw Text Box&#8221; option:<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"547\" height=\"190\" src=\"https:\/\/help.r2docuo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/image-11.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4767\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.r2docuo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/image-11.png 547w, https:\/\/help.r2docuo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/image-11-50x17.png 50w, https:\/\/help.r2docuo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/image-11-60x21.png 60w, https:\/\/help.r2docuo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/04\/image-11-100x35.png 100w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 547px) 100vw, 547px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Choose the place in your template where you want the QR code to be drawn, and create the text box.
