The text of the instruction can be from a few words to many lines of text and its content is very important to obtain a good response.  <\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon is-style-danger\">Although its capabilities are amazing, <strong>the response of an Artificial Intelligence may not be correct<\/strong>. Make sure that a human with the appropriate expertise monitors the text that the AI returns before using it for any real purpose.<\/p>\n\n<p>If the answer to an instruction is incorrect, we recommend that you try to write the instruction with more detail and context.<\/p>\n\n<p>As in the previous example, the instruction can contain questions related to general culture (the planets) or to specific areas of knowledge (engineering, law, etc.), but it <strong>can <\/strong>also <strong>contain the data that you want the AI to analyze <\/strong>to generate its answer, for example:<\/p>\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-preformatted\">Prompt:  <strong>Given the following objects: <em>Car, Bus, Feather, Soccer<\/em> ball. This name is for identification purposes only. For this example, we are going to create an instruction that summarizes the contents of the document. We can call it &#8220;Complete Summary&#8221;.<\/p>\n\n<p>Next, we enter the text of the instruction:<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><a href=\"https:\/\/help.r2docuo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/image-4.png\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"786\" height=\"443\" src=\"https:\/\/help.r2docuo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/image-4.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-4943\" srcset=\"https:\/\/help.r2docuo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/image-4.png 786w, https:\/\/help.r2docuo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/image-4-600x338.png 600w, https:\/\/help.r2docuo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/image-4-768x433.png 768w, https:\/\/help.r2docuo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/image-4-50x28.png 50w, https:\/\/help.r2docuo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/image-4-60x34.png 60w, https:\/\/help.r2docuo.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/06\/image-4-100x56.png 100w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 786px) 100vw, 786px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n<p>As you can see, there are some specific tags for AI instructions, here is a list of all of them:<\/p>\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\">Label<\/td><td>Description<\/td><\/tr><tr><td class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\"><strong><kbd>{{Main file}}<\/kbd><\/strong><\/td><td>Contains all the text of the main document file, provided its format is Word 365, PDF or TXT.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\"><strong><kbd>{{Published version}}<\/kbd><\/strong><\/td><td>Same but with the published version of the document (if version control exists).<\/td><\/tr><tr><td class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\"><strong><kbd>{{Borrador}}<\/kbd><\/strong><\/td><td>Same but with the draft document (if version control is in place)<\/td><\/tr><tr><td class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\"><strong><kbd>&lt;@Properties:Metadata&gt;<\/kbd><\/strong><\/td><td>It contains all document metadata, including data fields, process and status changes, comments, reminders, tasks, attachment names (but not their content), as well as information from all its detail tabs.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td class=\"has-text-align-left\" data-align=\"left\"><kbd><strong>{{Group:File field}}<\/strong><\/kbd><\/td><td>Contains all the text of the file contained in the file type field, provided its format is Word 365, PDF or TXT.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><figcaption class=\"wp-element-caption\">Specific replacement tags for Artificial Intelligence Insructions<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon is-style-info\">These replacement tags cannot be used elsewhere in Docuo, they are specific to AI instructions.<\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-ht-blocks-messages wp-block-hb-message wp-block-hb-message--withicon is-style-alert\">Currently, ChatGPT 3.5 instructions are limited to approximately 8Kb of data (about 2,000 words). If the document has a larger number of words, the first and last 1,000 words will be sent.  <\/p>\n\n<p>In addition to using these tags, you can create Instructions that only use some metadata using the usual substitution tags from the &#8220;Insert Field&#8221; button.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Step 2: Execution of Artificial Intelligence instructions<\/h3>\n\n<p>Once we have created the prompt, we can schedule its execution when a document changes state.
