This action allows you to see all the places a field is being used from the Category Wizard or Category Viewer.
This information is very useful to be able to delete data fields without messing up formulas or related fields that use it by answering the question Where is this field used?.
Right-click on a field name and select the “Show dependencies” option:
A window will appear showing in which categories and in which parts it is being used:
Fields that are used within Microsoft 365 templates do not appear in the “Show dependencies” action.
