The process information field type in Docuo allows us to show the user information about the process followed by a document that may be relevant.
Given a document that has a process (workflow), the options to display in this type of field are:
- ” Transition progress date “: Indicates the date of the last time the specified transition was executed.
- ” User who advanced the transition “: Name of the user who last executed the specified transition.
- ” Total time in the specified states “: Sum of the total time that a document has remained in the specified states (if it has been in the same state more than once, it will add the total time of all the times it has been in that state) .
- “Last time in the specified states ” (new ): Sum of the time that a document has been in the specified states since the last entry to them (if a document has been in a state more than once, only the time it was in the state the last time will be displayed).
- ” Last user who entered the specified states ” ( new ): Name of the user who last entered one of the specified states.
- ” Last Date of Entry into Specified States ” ( new ): Indicates the most recent date of entry into one of the specified states.
- ” Last user to leave in the specified states “: Name of the user who last left one of the specified states.
- ” Last date of departure from the specified states “: Indicates the most recent date of departure from one of the specified states.
